Pallet courier didn’t bother to collect & this cost me a £475 sale. They were due on Friday and simply never turned up! I have also messaged them on Facebook, nothing. I contacted MPD to help me ship a pallet to Norway. When I initially contacted them I asked a price and asked how long it would take. I was told by Andrew that it would be next day and he gave me a price. When it came closer to booking it I found out that the price didn’t include the pallet I would have to find that, which I did.

I don’t believe this company has any contact with couriers & is just a scam website to siphon money out of people. Worst customer service experience EVER. Placed my order on Monday for collection Tuesday. Phoned Wednesday morning to be told collection today before 5pm. No collection at 4.20 so phoned but all busy so went on live chat- Still on chat and being told collection will be today but maybe as late as 8pm.

Booked and paid for delivery, with a label to be printed at my chosen drop off (I don’t have a printer). Unable to print the label as no QR code, customer services said they don’t provide QR codes so I can either print myself or get a refund. Utter waste of time and uss express work from home no interest in solving my problem. I needed a parcel collected and delivered and having never done it before checked a few companies on trust pilot. These guys had the best reviews so I paid for a premium service, with additional insurance, cost me just under £100.
Hope it will be collected but two full days staying in awaiting collection. What annoys me is that I did not realise this was a third party and thought my booking was direct with UPS.
