Please be reminded that deadlines for submissions are as follows. Any information submitted after the indicated deadlines may be subject to fines from governing bodies, or additional fees from PTH Financial & Insurance. If you are submitting information beyond the deadline date you may open our ‘Chat’ feature to notify our customer service agents of your submission. This may reduce the chances of you being penalized. Please note that we can make any guarantee that penalties will not be imposes.
Bookkeeping: Clients are obligated to remit issued bank statements within 7 days from the closing date on the account statements.
Credit Card Expense Tracking: Clients are obligated to remit issued bank statements within 7 days from the closing date on the account statements.
Payroll Services: Clients are obligated to remit payroll reporting no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the payroll checks.
Sales Tax Reporting: Clients are obligated to remit sales reports within the first 7 days of the month in which the filing is due. For example, reporting for the month of January is due in the month of February, reporting for January sales must be received no later than February 7th.
Corporate Federal & State Tax Filings:
• New Filings: Information to create a new filing must be received before March 1st. Any client submitting information beyond this deadline will have the option to pay an expedited fee to have their filings completed by the March 15th deadline or may request an extension be filed on their behalf.
• Supplemental Information: Supplemental information requested by your tax preparer is due within 15 days of written request.
